FAQ, Finally!

BCC Library has created a FAQ page (https://brunswickcc.libguides.com/bcclibrary/faq), prompted by a recent anonymous comment we received: 

I am so tired of not being able to use Google Chrome on BCC's computers. Google is where all of my work is located and to have to jump through multiple hoops just to do homework is extremely annoying and is of much inconvenience to me.

To whoever submitted this piece of feedback, we thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts with us -- we hear you!  And we do take you and your concerns seriously.  Unfortunately, this is one problem that we cannot solve.  IT had to remove Chrome from our library student computers last year because it was the sole culprit causing all of our persistent printing issues.  We know this must be frustrating, though, given how ubiquitous Chrome is these days and that many of you use Google Docs for your schoolwork.  Luckily, you can access Google Docs (https://www.google.com/docs/about/) using any browser, including our preferred Firefox.  And, to make things easier, we have now included a link to Google Docs in the footer of the Library Portal:
