Distance Learning Students
- For students enrolled in a distance learning course, not attending a class on campus, and living outside of Brunswick County: get your distance learning student library card by calling library staff at 910-755-7331 or 1-800-754-1050 ext. 7331 or sending an email to bcclrc@brunswickcc.edu
- Check out up to 3 total books at a time by:
- searching the library catalog
- then requesting books by calling library staff at 910-755-7331 or 1-800-754-1050 ext. 7331 or sending an email to bcclrc@brunswickcc.edu
- Books:
- are mailed to you at your home address
- are loaned for 4 weeks; 10 additional working days will be added to allow time for the books to be received and returned
- can be renewed 1 time as long as they have not been requested by another patron
- can be returned without visiting the library by using the same “Jiffy” mailing envelope and the enclosed postage-paid mailing label
- must be returned promptly and in the same condition as they were loaned
- Using the library catalog, request books (up to 3 of the 3 total items) via interlibrary loan from other NC community colleges
- Request to borrow an item not owned by BCC Library via interlibrary loan
- Suggest material for BCC Library purchase
- Book virtual research appointments with a librarian
